Avoid this dealership Really enjoy the car I bought. However the dealership experience is one to be avoided . There has been a long list of errors and mistakes made by them *Car was not taxed *Mileage on paperwork was incorrect *Finance was set up on wrong date *V5 document was not sent till months after purchase *brakes needed replacing within 2 months * tracking was off previously and tyres were illegal but had not been replaced All this was made worse by the fact that it took a great deal of personal time to resolve these issues and perhaps worse that they would not respond to emails or calls My best advice if your looking to get a Volvo would be yes they are great cars but go somewhere else

Unhelpful jobsworth on the service phone line needs to listen to what is required, rather than repeat what is already useless info. I've had many Volvos over 30 years and this organisation has never been satisfactory unless by accident, or by my speaking directly to the guys with the spanners...for whom alone I have added the ONE STAR

Great experience, went to Stratstone (range rover)at beginning of this weekend. Put a post on how bad they were. Volvo are completely opposite. Service was great, patient knowledgeable and even offered hot or cold drink by the lovely receptionist (Liz) wasn't even implying I was buying a car, I was just looking. So bottle of water and a pack or haribos for myself and my wife, we carried on looking around. Asked to look at a few cars, lots of questions from me, kept on going back and forth. But sales guy (Daniel Jones) was brilliant. Anyway to bring this to an end, we bought a car. Picking it up later in week. Customer service matters, I spent more than I planned, but I have a car which is a dream. One last dig at Range Rover I am afraid, but people go look at Volvo, may not have the same prestige, but if you have a family (or not) go visit them, I think you will be pleasantly surprised o and reliability of course.
