Rang them to arrange an appointment to see a specific car that I was going to purchase only to be told the next day that they had sold it. Very poor customer service, I understand they are after a sale but when you ring them to tell them that you want to come see a specific car that you were going to buy then they should hold that car until that appointment had been made. Really disappointed in the tactics of this company. They don’t look after you at all. Stay well away from them.

Got to be the worse dealership. They speak so kindly yet the service is totally rubbish. Everthing about them is slow. Stick to Bridgend or Bristol.
