An absolutely shocking company they will sell you a category s car after giving you a hpi check to prove that it's not then spend 2 months trying to sort out issue for them to try and sell me back the car without telling me that repair work needed to be done to it first after which I opted for a refund to not receive said refund leaving me with no car and no money to pay for new car no courtesy car and having to walk 1.5 hours to work all the good reviews on here seem to be reviews of the salesmen and showroom which wasn't a bad experience the problems with the company become glaringly obvious the moment you have a problem and have to deal with the customer services to sum up I am an engineer who can follow detailed work plans to install systems into multi million pound organisations but apparently cant follow a simple refund procedure and I'm completely to blame!

This is the best ford dealer I have ever been too, my faith has been restored thanks to Chris Lewis. The manager is very friendly and very kind for the outstanding work Ford Cardiff has done. All staff are very friendly and polite, I will come to this dealer to buy my next car. Well done everyone for your hard work,

Very disappointed. Booked my MOT and service many weeks in advance so that I could secure a loan car as my job involves community work. Dropped my car in that morning to find out that there was no loan car available. They suggested that I could wait around or rebook, neither were viable options and it would have been far more useful to know in advance. In addition, I had been told previously that my car would be vacuumed following the service, however this did not happen.

Booked car in for a recall. When I turned up told it had been cancelled due to flood damage in repair workshop. No phone call to advise and no apology when I turned up . Dreadful customer service..Very much doubt I would buy my next car there.
