Recently had a service with this dealership. All went really smoothly. I booked in advance to make sure I could get a courtesy car. It was a nice new XF so was pleased with that. Dropped the car off Monday evening after work. Took all of 20 minutes to sort the insurance, check my driving license and drink my cup of tea which Beth from reception provided. Next day I received a video link so I could view the safety inspection on my car. Wasn't expecting that, but it was nice to see what they had checked. Arrived at the same time the next day for collection. Annabel had the keys ready and the car waiting. Very smooth service. Thanks.

Terrible terrible service. Absolutely hopeless. Simple job of replacing smart key battery. Was told key was fine. Took vehicle home and when I park up message appears on dash ‘smart key battery low.’ Called dealership they advised to bring it back. Also advised me would cost a fiver to replace the battery. To be honest this isn’t the first time. Every time I go there always receive the worst service possible. Spent nearly 70k with these muppets. Staff here should go to Lexus and do a week’s training to learn how customer service should be delivered. Will never buy a vehicle from these clowns again.

The service isn’t normally very good however this time I dealt with Vicky, I was kept up to date and it all ran smoothly, this issue was waiting such a long time for a courtesy car. It can be difficult to speak too the service team and have to rely on call backs, but once your booked in it runs relatively well.

3 land rovers, this is first one bought from here and will not be returning. Issues from the day it was collected, no after care whatsoever. Tried to get response from service department to have car back in, they are always busy and will ring back. Still waiting for that call 3 weeks on... Will be contacting a different dealership to look after the vehicle. Zero star rating, would not recommend.
