Had to get a wing mirror fixed. Staff very efficient and friendly. My son has autism and they couldn't have looked after him better letting him sitting in cars etc while we were waiting. The only down side is not knowing how long your car will be and parking a bit of an issue. But I was kept informed and updated. Nothing was a problem.

Very poor customer service. Took my AMG to this dealership for warranty work, costing £2500+, which resulted in a very obvious rattle. When queried I was told the usual if found to be unrelated “I would need to pay £100 diagnostic fee”. Needless to say, they asked me to authorise a further 3 hours to diagnose the source!! £400 - really?! I am appalled at their audacity and their approach is arrogant. I am particular about my car and there certainly wasn’t a rattle before the work was carried out. I have since visited MB Newbridge in Edinburgh. Service overall has been excellent. I had another job carried out under warranty - to replace a leaking tandem pump! I was told this was a big job. Unfortunately the new tandem pump was still weeping oil but this was resolved straight away and I was kept informed thoroughly. Overall give serious consideration before trusting Glasgow MB. In my opinion they are not not worthy of the badge. I appreciate customer service is subjective but if you ever have to test their conviction you may be left more than disappointed. If so please leave a review. I never rate companies but compelled to on this occasionally.

Bought a used vehicle here recently which had paint damage which was to be touched up. I was then promised a touch up pen would be shipped to my home address which never arrived. I recontacted my sales person who assured me this was sent, but as I never received it, would be sending out another one with a tracking number which again never arrived. I then contacted the parts department who advised that they cannot post such items as they are considered hazardous. Shocking communication and lies from their employers.

Arrived in Glasgow at 11am after a 400 mile journey. Went to refill and petrol flap wouldn't open . Contacted dealership at 11.30 , delivered car at 12.00 . Work completed by 2pm car returned washed and checked with a full inspection report . All this on a Friday . Excellent customer service by your friendly staff. You have one very happy customer. Thankyou .

I paid lots of money on my new AMG vehicle from this dealer later last year and bought a guaranteed “3 YEARS OF full cover WARRANTY” under their advises which is a lie when it comes to claim this year 2019. They refused to exercise the warranty and fix the part of my vehicle that comes off naturally which is not because of my fault. One of their senior staff just walked away and said she is too busy to explain in more details. ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTING. The Mercedes Benz car is suppose to be supreme quality, but their service is definitely questionable.
