I put my car into Best Fit for car body repairs and they done a first class job. The price was very competitive and they carried out the work to a very high standard. I’m delighted with the car’s finish. Their timescale to do the work was very reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend Best Fit to anyone looking for car body repairs. A good service all round.

I had to pay £48 to have a quote and no work done at all. Yes they spent some time evaluating it to determine the price of work that they thought needed doing but I just think it would have been fair to tell me ahead of time that I would be charged for a quote. The price for work was high and included something I didn’t ask for so decided not to go ahead.

Took my car for an MOT booked online for 11am, seems like it wasn't on the sheet for the day and was told it would be a long wait, not the "under an hour" they suggest. I get a call to say it has failed, and the repair job is £391. I look up the average cost of repairs for tracking rod end and inner tie rod and this is nowhere near the cost. Took it to a second garage and they tell me it would pass an MOT fine. I feel taken advantage of as a young driver, I don't have the funds to pay out ~£400.

Have used this place several times, fantastic service each time. They fix any issues same day. They do a great job and always let you know the price before.

Absolutely healthy car (just after regular check) has failed MOT badly. Doubting the validity of the test, took the car to garage nearby next day - passed easily. This is not the 1st review like that.
