Just phoned this firm for a quote. Got a very rude man on the other end of the line. Very impatient. Just lost my service and suggest that he get some training in customer service skills. I can guarantee that I will never use this company.

Very rude staff who dont only be rude to the customers but also the drivers for no reason. And when the drivers try sort out a problem or are right they are still treated disgustingly and they dont get any apologies. Also the ladies that do the phone calls send horrible messeges on the drivers personal phones which I find very shocked about. The drivers are not bad it's just the people running who confuse and are not clear to the drivers and the drivers just make excuses to cover them

This company is pure idiotism squared up. Always late. The customer service is just the worst. Everyone is rude and the thing that pisses me off the most - THEY FORGET TO COME FOR YOU. So you have to call them and hear them blame you for it and wait for another taxi to come. Then you have to battle with them for about 10 minutes before you actually go to work, since they want to charge you twice basicaly. One time for the taxi, that never even arrived and the second - for the one that was 20 minutes late. It's just a headache. No idea why my workplace chose these peanut sized brain bunch.

Terrible taxi service. Booked taxi for 2.15pm 30 minutes in advance. The auto message said the taxi has left and should arrive in 6 mins on two separate calls since the taxi had not arrived on time and on both occasions these were wrong. Rang the operater later who said the taxi should be arrivinv in 4 mins which never came in the end! Due to inaccurate information being provided, we had to cancel and use another service. Would not recommend.
