Just the best experience I have ever had in taking my car in for repairs. Very reasonable priced and great customer service. Car fixed and had no problems since . Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Just had my second visit for my MOT yesterday and will be using them in the future for all my future car troubles as I personally feel they are a very trustworthy Company.

Outstanding service is a breath of fresh air. From booking in the car to picking it up all the team were amazing. The excellent customer service provided by the 2 lovely lady's was great. I was kept informed of the progress of my body work repair. I needed a new wing mirror. I love the fact they they offered a repair rather than charge me over £500 to replace it. The repair they did was again outstanding. That gets a lot of respect of me as all too many companies want to hit the customer for as much as possible. But this is the best level of Customer service i have seen in a long time. Well done Team keep up the great work and thanks for doing a stunning job.

Second to none for customer service and car repair. Richardson's autos are honest, reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the garage for all your car repair/service needs and their prices are definitely competitive. I live in Canvey Island but do not hesitate to travel the distance as their prices and customer services are more than worth the journey!
