Best place to buy your next car as staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Michael Gomes who spent at list 2 hrs presenting the whole range of Audi cars explaining differences between trims and asking many question to match best choice for us. Very knowledgeable sells man with good sense of humor. I never been served as good.

Highly recommend Audi West London and in particular Daniel Barraclough in sales for a new car purchase. We have recently bought an Audi e-tron after walking into the store on a Saturday morning in July without the firm intention to actually buy a new car. The reception staff was very friendly, sending Daniel to see us without appointment and after an initial conversation Daniel agreed to organise a test drive on the spot. We spent several hours going through different options and available models and at one point Daniel actually took us to their depot storage where we then found the car we decided to buy. Daniel could not have been any more genuine, helpful, competent and patient. Frankly his professional and knowledgeable replies to our many questions gave us the confidence to make a decision there and then. Having decided to go ahead with the purchase Daniel took care of all formalities on the spot, including a consultation with his financing colleague with whom we agreed a suitable package the same day. Daniel also got us a price to trade in our BMW X5. Daniel got the car ready to pick-up within a few days during which he was in close communication over email assisting us with insurance, financing, licensing/registration and parking permit for the new car. Next time I came back was to collect the car and to leave the BMW. This was a great experience, in summary, competent, professional, no pressure, no gimmicks no flash statements, just facts and practical advise. But just as important, the transaction experience was equally pleasant. I rarely write reviews but I thought Daniel and Audi West London deserved for this to be shared. AB

I previously wrote a scathing review. There is sadly no improvement. Got a call for recall - software upgrade. Get text message and email with video clip of inspection of my car. A useless gimmick that is inaudible. And it's as if I could tell from this very brief poor quality video if there's something wrong with my car. Work recommended - you can only get the system to accept your response if you say "yes please". No thank you will get you a computer says no response.
