This is the second car we have bought through this dealership and the same staff member Ruby has walked us through the whole process seamlessly. In fact, all the members of staff we have dealt with have been efficient, friendly and informative. We would recommended anyone thinking about buying a new car or an approved used car then they are worth visiting. Refreshingly, you don’t get the “hard sell” or get swamped with unnecessary information.

I came here yesterday to service my car for the first time. I was also given a loan car for the day whilst my car was being serviced. Prior to making the booking 2 months ago I was told that I would get a car which is available on the day and I specifically said that I wouldn't want an A1 as I am a tall and big girl and I won't be comfortable in it but if that's the only option they have I will have to take it. Anyways, when I came to drop my car off I was told that that I would be getting an A1 and to my surprise it was YELLOW! Talk about standing out from the crowd, I was disappointed and I hated driving it. Once getting in the car I realised that I was only provided with 2 bars of petrol which was 40 miles. Just to get to my house and to work it ate 25 miles of fuel! I was not happy at all. I called up the branch to ask if i was refuel it will I be reimbursed and then said no I would have to have to return the car with however much fuel was in the car and this was not the hassle I needed. I was suppose to go for a late shift but I cancelled as I just wanted me car back from the asap and I didn't need the aggro. I was suppose to be sent a Audi cam footage to show what was being done to me car but I didn't receive one. I was just told once collected my oil filters been changed and they did a health check and everything is good to go. They cleaned my car as complimentary as most companies do when your vehicle is getting serviced and it was basically a Bob job. It looked rushed and the interior and plastic of the cars was not cleaned or polished at all and this is not the quality not work unexpected especially from a main dealer! I didn't complain because I already was in a bad mood from the loan car and my car took almost all day and I just wanted to get home! I was suppose to pay a fee for £12 for the loan car but it was cancelled due to my prior complaint about the car. As a returning customer and a customer who wanted to part exchange their car from and A3 to Q3 in the near future they were not helpful at all. I will be going to BMW soon for my next car. Currently an A3 17 plate owner.

To be honest I wasn’t impressed before Frank took over my case after complaining about the service I had been receiving. Frank ensured that as a customer I was listened to , he did everything he said he would do and took all the stress away. Thanks Frank The receptionists were very nice also , very understanding and welcomed me with tea or coffee

Simple and efficient. Good communication and helpful. Location is a problem if needing to use public transport.
