Very very impressed with the efficient smooth running of this service dealership. All staff courteous polite and well trained to handle customers and their queries. Service reception area modern and upmarket. Video report of car inspection by mechanic impressive and all paperwork involved excellent. No hesitation in thoroughly recommending this dealership as it is obvious the management have not cut any corners or expense in providing a top class customer orientated dealership.

Service has always been efficient and professionally handled over the past 4 years. On the rare occasions there have been delays, I have always found the team to be pro-active with their communications. Level of detail in services & inspections have been good.

A quick service, 4 stars only because they washed the outside of the car and not the inside. With Mercedes, they wash in and out every time they see the vehicle. Other than this small fault no complaints.

Great service from team. I was kept informed of the progress through the day and even received a video cam check of the car which was cool!
