I recently purchased a car through Ken Brown Hyundai in Richmond and wanted to leave a review as the level of service was exceptional. This was the first time I had bought a car and I had only experienced stereotypical hard sales pitches at a few other car dealerships in the area. However, at Ken Brown the sales person I dealt with (Eibhlin) was extremely helpful and made the whole process as smooth as possible. She even helped fast-track the process so I could pick my new car up ahead of schedule as I needed this for the weekend. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for an honest, reliable company with great customer service.

Test drove a Hyundai Tucson here yesterday; Staff were exceptional and I would definitely look to this dealership as a first port of call for buying a Hyundai in the future.
