I love the app, it's really convenient. I've saved my credit card and they email a receipt when the journey is completed, perfect for business expenses. The drivers are polite and usually on time. Had a few instances where they've been 5 mins late but you can see on the app how far away they are. I'd definitely recommend Abbey

Lovely people. very kind and helpful. always make sure i get home safe. always patient while i take kids to school. i can book for all week in advance. i don't have to ring up every day. they charge a reasonable amount for school runs so its easy on the pocket as well.

I use these guys daily to get to work I have a minibus as I take loads of kit with me. There all really helpful loading and unloading for me. Great prices too. Wouldn't trust anyone else to get me to work and back.

Really surprised how far they go to help customers. Lost my phone in a taxi. They chased me up using my email from the app they have. They emailed me and asked me to come and collect it. Very good was surprised how helpful they were

Actually ring Kashmir cars but get Abbey, amazing how just before end of journey they turn meter off then charge a different price to what was on meter, when challenged only one has said pay what was on meter, another driver never put meter on and when asked why answer was 'Am the boss I don't need to use meter' emailed and text at time never got a reply, amateurs, kashmir were good in there day but let down now took over, mixed bag of drivers, some pleasant and polite, some ignorant and only speak to me and ignore girlfriend, shall I go on or leave it here?
