Car parking when arriving for a service is tight and at a premium but is made easier by a “greeter” who meets you as you arrive, ticks you off and assists you to park. Morning book in at the reception desk can be painfully slow and quiet ... like you’re waiting in a dentists waiting room. I asked for a quote re some additional work to the service which wasn’t done but the situation was instantly rectified by the service manager. I had to make a further call re an issue discovered en route home, again the manager immediately made good on me contacting him and the situation rectified without fuss.
Positives: No quibble customer service to resolve an issue
Areas for improvement: Sterile attitude and booking in process at reception.
UPDATE: expect agessss to wait to book a car in for work doing. Reception staff still portray a disinterested, down trodden attitude. Positives: No issues with being offered a choice of courtesy car
FURTHER UPDATE:
There is now a newly appointed service manger - wish him luck as he will need it. Having been back for a car repair, it was a catalogue of one let down and one more broken promise after another. No one rings you back, disinterest and poor customer service is the norm.
BONUS POINTS to anyone able to decipher the scripted “welcome message” given by the reception staff answering the phone!!

Using Honest Johns website introduced me to Arnold Clarke Motorstore. I found that by going direct to this company I was able to obtain a very satisfactory price for the sale of my Ford Fiesta. I was most impressed by the speed, efficiency and courtesy of the service offered by Emilie.

Collected my new jeep compass last week. Customer Service was first class from beginning to end. Car was ready on arrival. Paperwork was simple and we were on the road in no time having had a thorough run through of how it all works. Would definitely recommend this Company and this car. 5 star experience.

I worked here one day as a temp and I imagine customers would become very frustrated! Granted they are busy but they did not have enough staff to deal with phone enquiries so messages were taken all the time, customers were not put through to the relevant department but messages collected and handed over with no assurance the correct person would eventually receive them. The customer/visitor tea and coffee were bargain basement economy 'brands' and frankly disgusting looking and smelling. But they sell and service luxury car models?! Cheap company who does not appear to value their customers - just my opinion.
