Throughout the buying process Chris was fantastic, he organised a test drive, provided us with coffee and nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure and we were always made to feel relaxed and comfortable. The financial package I agreed to was far superior to the quotes I had from other garages. I would highly recommend Arnold Clark and Chris when purchasing a new car.

5 Star dealership, Buying a car is quite stressful and I'd had some pretty bad experiences when trying to pick a new car at other dealerships. Arnold Clark Oldbury turned my perception around, they were helpful, non pressured and helped me choose a new car. They were efficient, kept their promises and I was very pleased with the high customer service standards even after I left the branch which surpassed my expectations. Fabulous, fast and efficient service from initial purchase ( online then via phone with Eamon) to using the click and collect service in Oldbury today with Zak. Kept in the loop 100% of the time with progress of finance application and movement of car to collection centre. The team , particularly Zak, could not have been more accommodating and understanding of an anxious old lady in a new car today! 😁 Plus they have really excellent coffee. Arnold Clarke have done me proud again. 😀
