Appalling customer service, have no interest in what you're saying or asking for. Surprising to get this sort of service from JLR. Booked my car in to sort the brake pads out and they ended up messing around with other stuff without my permission leading to my car being kept in much longer. Wasn't offered a courtesy car or a discount. On top of that I was lied to multiple times about when I'd be getting my car back. Won't be going back. Would give less than one star if it was possible.

Fabulous service. Very well looked after by Chris and Laura in service who went above and beyond. Helpful and great work from the mechanic who sorted an issue that could have been very expensive to us had they not taken time to find the root cause of the issue. First experience and great work guys!

Excellent. Bit pricey, but you would expect that with a main dealer. Work done to high standards and car gets cleaned as well. Impressed. Friendly, efficient staff as well.

We could not have been more grateful for the service we received from all the staff at Marshall’s Landrover today. We had dealings with at least 5 members of staff and they all went over and above to make our situation easier having broken down with three small children and a dog last night! We are not even local customers so they didn’t know us at all. Would highly recommend them, if only they were our local garage.
